
Rajasthan Kabir Yatra
Rajasthan Kabir Yatra is a 7 day long annual traveling folk music festival spread across six rural and urban locations in and around Rajasthan. Organized by Lokayan Sansthan and partnered with Rajasthan Police and local administration, this is a folk festival providing a space where folk musicians, artists, scholars, students and seekers can immerse themselves in the voices of Bhakti and Sufi saint-poets such as Kabir, Mira, Bulleh Shah, and many more, questioning and dissolving boundaries of caste, class, religion and identity.
The seven editions, in 2012, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2022 & 2024 were widely chronicled and appreciated. It brought together 50 artists and over 400 Yatris every year from other parts of India, and thousands of local audiences.

Rajasthan Kabir Yatra is a journey taking people beyond the conventional– back to the simple and beautiful, through the countryside planes and poets of the great Indian mystics and सत्संग परंपरा. Yatra is not only a celebration of the boundless-on who sparks within each of us but is a chance for each यात्री to lose himself among the depths of this journey and rediscover himself all new again.
The yatra, having kindled love and community-change in over 120 regions in Rajasthan across six successful editions, returns with its 7th edition from October 2nd to 6th this year, inviting you to join this extraordinary celebration of life and its essence.
